This Zenless Zone Zero pity calculator turns your pity counter into a real percentage. The W-Engine banner guarantees a top-rarity drop by pull 80, with soft pity from pull 64 (the rate climbs from 1.0% to 7.0% on that pull and keeps rising). When a top-rarity drop lands it is the featured item 75% of the time; if it is not, the next top-rarity drop on this banner is locked to the rate-up. Starting from zero pity, 10 pulls give you a 9.6% chance and you need about 64 pulls for a coin-flip 50%. Set your current pity and the pulls you have saved to see your own number. The W-Engine channel is a 75/25: three of every four S-rank engines are the featured one, and the cap is 80 pulls.

How the Zenless Zone Zero W-Engine pity system works
- Counter. Every pull without a top-rarity drop adds 1 to your pity. The counter resets to 0 the moment you get one — it does not reset when the banner rotates.
- Soft pity zone (pull 64 → 80). From pull 64 the per-pull rate jumps to about 7.0% and grows on each following pull. Most top-rarity drops in Zenless Zone Zero land inside this window, which is why the average is far below the hard cap.
- Hard pity (80). If you reach pull 80 without a drop, that pull is forced to be top rarity. From zero that costs 12,800 Polychrome.
- Featured guarantee. When a top-rarity drop lands it is the featured item 75% of the time; if it is not, the next top-rarity drop on this banner is locked to the rate-up. Worst case for the rate-up unit is therefore 160 pulls (25,600 Polychrome).
